COMMUNITY COUNCIL MEETING.

Thank you for taking time to look at our website.

Lambhill & Disctrict Community Council is a voluntary, non-political organisation. Our role is to represent opinions from local people and businesses of Lambhill and the surrounding areas. Issue such as planning, licensing and Police matters are part of what is discussed at our monthly meetings.  

Our aim is to improve the wellbeing for all that live and work in the neighbourhood,  making Lambhill a place that is welcoming and safe for all. 

Is there anything that you would like to see in the area that you live or work in?  If so come along to the next Community Council (2nd Wednesday in Feb, Mar,May, June, Sept, Oct & Nov). Meetings are held in the Lambhill Stables, 11 Canal Bank North (on the canal bridge). , starting at 7pm. Come along your views are important to continually improve our area.

La Casa Now Open Tel: 0141 336 3355

La Casa at Kings Place is now open. If the quality of food is not enough to encourage you to make a visit, the amazing friendly staff will! The restaurant has been extremely popular with the community of Lambhill and further afield, with many diners returning over again.
Booking recommeded for weekends. 

The Bungalow on Hillend Road

Those living and working in Lambhill may have seen building work on the corner of Hillend Road/Eriboll Street. The work on the bungalow will transform this building in the near future into two family homes

  1. Lambhill Stables - a truely wonderful oasis on the banks of the Canal at Lambhill Bridge


Why not take a walk around the gardens or relax in the well stocked Cafe which is opened Mon-Sat. If you are looking for entertainment,come along to one of the regular music nights. There is so much going on there is sure to be something that 'floats your boat!'
